Downtown San Diego civil litigation firm looking for a Client Intake Specialist to work in a thriving practice group focused on elder law cases filed throughout California.

As our Client Intake Specialist, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that guides new clients through the onboarding process. You’ll gather essential information, assess client needs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive experience from day one.
Duties
Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, or online inquiries
Conduct initial screenings and gather relevant client information
Accurately enter and manage client data in our system
Schedule consultations or appointments with appropriate team members
Provide clear communication and follow-ups to ensure client needs are met
Requirements
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries with professionalism
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, compassionate attitude with a client-first mindset
Prior experience is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
