We seek a motivated, empathic, and dedicated attorney to work in our pre-litigation department.
Salary and Commission are based on experience and your ability to develop business. If you bring cases to the firm, you will receive a percentage of each case.
You are encouraged to attend networking events, participate in a weekly book club, and promote the firm to your friends and family.
You must have the mindset of a plaintiff’s attorney and not a defense attorney. If you are a robot, then our firm is not for you. We want someone who always shoots for the stars.
We are a completely remote law firm that uses technology to simplify your life.
Since the job is remote, you will be responsible for your schedule. Our firm is all about autonomy and radical self-reliance. We will always help and assist you, but figuring things out independently is a necessary skill set.
Our firm will cover all expenses and your malpractice insurance. We will also provide you with the support staff required to do your job.
We have about 260 cases in the firm, and you will come in and hit the ground running with 50 cases or more. We want an outgoing lawyer with a positive attitude who is kind but confident.
You must have at least 5-10 years of pre-litigation experience working for a personal injury law firm. If you don’t, then please do NOT reach out. We will be checking references. You must have settled several 6 figure cases to qualify for the job.
Please also share any large settlements you have received in the past.
We want someone who would like to join and stay at our firm for the long haul. We hope it is a permanent home for you.
You must be barred in the State of California. Applicants not barred in CA will not be considered.
Job Benefits:
The job is a fully remote position, and you will work from home most of the time. You’ll need to meet virtually every week on Zoom on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We also meet in person in Newport Beach for our quarterly and annual meetings.
We will provide you with a computer and cell phone if needed. At the firm, we mostly use Mac computers and Apple products. A PC is also acceptable, but you must use an iPhone for your work phone.
Medical, vision, and dental are negotiable.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Plus, you will receive a 10% commission on all pre-litigation cases you bring to completion. We will work you up to 100 cases or more, and a 10% commission will significantly increase your salary.
