Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Attorney to join our dynamic law office. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Civil Litigation and/or Trust and Estate Law. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
Participate in litigation processes, including representing clients in court.
Able to efficiently manage caseload in a timely manner.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client representation.
Maintain organized case files and documentation to ensure compliance with legal standards.
Strong communication.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the New York bar is preferred or pending admission.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent writing and proofreading skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
