• Review and comment on Corporate Trust agreements
• Organize documents for transaction closings
• Maintain records for multiple corporate trust appointments
• Communicate regularly with clients and security holders
Requirements:
• University degree, preferably in Law
• Knowledge of Corporate Trust or securities experience
• Background in finance, banking, or trust companies
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
