Civil Litigation Defense Attorney
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Experience Level: 1–8 years
Salary Range: $110K–$125K (depending on experience)
A well-established, highly regarded litigation defense firm is seeking to add multiple Civil Litigation Defense Attorneys to its Boston office. This is a high-priority need with a streamlined, one-and-done virtual interview process — designed to move quickly for the right candidates.
Practice Areas Include:
Construction litigation
General liability and premises liability defense
Medical malpractice defense (including long-term care facilities)
Products liability
Professional liability
Trucking and vehicular liability defense
What You’ll Need:
Active license to practice law in Massachusetts
At least 1 year of experience in Massachusetts state and/or federal courts
Strong research, writing, and communication skills
Solid academic background from an ABA-accredited law school
