Peak Partners has a well-established regional law firm client located in Baltimore in search of senior level transactional associate. The ideal candidate will be someone who can support the partners and work autonomously on technology-related matters and who has M&A, private equity, and financing experience.
Job Description:
- 5 plus (5+) years of experience practicing corporate law including in a law firm.
- Ability to draft both basic and sophisticated transactional and financing documents.
- Demonstrated client relationship skills including the ability to lead in-person client meetings.
Required
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years practicing law with a focus on corporate transactional work.
- Hands on drafting a variety of transactional documents including but not limited to SPA, APA and Joint Venture Agreements.
