Daniels & Tredennick PLLC is a rapidly growing, dynamic law firm based in the Memorial area of Houston, TX. The Firm’s roots are in litigation, but it is in the process of developing and determined to build a strong corporate, securities and M&A practice at the highest level.
The Firm is currently seeking a Corporate Transactional Attorney with 3-4 years’ experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently and as part of multi-disciplinary teams.
We are seeking a Corporate Transactional Attorney with 3-4 years of relevant experience to provide legal support and guidance on a wide range of corporate transactions and matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, private placements of securities, entity formation and structuring, both corporate, LLC and partnerships, joint ventures, general contract negotiations and general corporate governance and advice.

Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 per year
