Corporate Solicitor – Associate/Senior Solicitor TSR Legal have a superb opportunity to join a well known partner and firm in their growing Corporate department in Central Cardiff. This firm is recognised for its long history and quality of work. This corporate team has an excellent client base and acts for, amongst others, SME’s , PLC’s and high profile owner managed businesses.
The department works across a number of sectors including technology, financial services, retail, hospitality, telecommunications and much more. Typical matters would be relating to Mergers, acquisitions and disposals, Management buy-outs and buy-ins , Corporate reorganisations and restructurings, Shareholders agreements and much more.
