With rankings in both Chambers and Legal 500, they seek to add a skilled corporate Solicitor to bolster their expanding practice. This opportunity is well-suited to a corporate lawyer seeking a new challenge and to progress their career, driving growth with a highly regarded international firm, noted for their impressive array of clients and regular awards.
You will undertake a variety of corporate instructions including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work. The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, working closely with the lead Partner, nurturing local and wider client relationships, promoting the growth of the wider business and the corporate team across the globe.
You will be joining an ambitious team with strong technical ability, servicing clients from a variety of sectors complete spectrum of corporate services.
