The Role:
Nixon McQuade are working with a Leading Firm in Belfast who are searching for aCorporate Solicitor. This role sits within anaward-winning team and involves advising leading corporates across all industry sectors, as well asprivate equity and venture capital investors, on strategic corporate activity.
The Person :
Qualified lawyer with4 years post-qualification experience, ideally operating at senior associate level Strong corporate and M&A experience gained within aleading large, mid-tier, or high-quality boutique firm Demonstrated ability tomanage and drive complex transactions with a high degree of autonomy Excellent drafting and technical skills Proven client relationship management capabilities and an interest in business development Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands A collaborative leader who actively supports team development and aligns with the firms culture and values The Rewards:
