law firm in Central London and they are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate to join their corporate team and work on a fully remote basis. There are no set targets but the Lawyers tend to operate between  billable hours. Key aspects:
Dealing with all corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions. Managing and developing the corporate team. Networking and business development activities. Utilising your
