Corporate/Private Equity Associate – Midwest-Based Am Law Firm
About the Position:
We are working with a Midwest-based national law firm that has an immediate need for a corporate attorney with private equity experience to join its thriving practice in Chicago as a mid/senior-level associate. This full-service firm represents some of the most well-known corporations in the country and offers a small office atmosphere with the resources of a large law firm.

Responsibilities:
· Represent a sophisticated client base including family offices, family-owned businesses, and middle-market private equity funds
· Work on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and structured equity investments
· Partner with attorneys across different offices and practice groups
Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of private equity transactional experience
· Experience interacting directly with clients
· An undergraduate degree in business is preferred
· Strong academic credentials
