Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Stay informed of evolving corporate laws, regulations, and industry trends to offer proactive legal counsel.
Qualifications:
J.D. from a top-tier law school and admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility).
Extensive experience in corporate law, focusing on complex transactions.
Proven success in handling high-value corporate deals.
Strong leadership skills to manage teams and drive deals efficiently.
A robust book of business or demonstrated ability to generate and maintain client relationships.
Recognition by legal directories (e.g., Chambers USA, Legal 500) is a plus.
