We’re looking for a Corporate Paralegal who thrives in fast-paced, high-trust environments and brings precision, initiative, and a love of timelines to every case.
You’ll work directly with our U.S. attorneys and General Counsel to support investigations, discovery responses, and eDiscovery workflows for founder-led businesses, growing tech companies, and private equity-backed ventures. Our ideal candidate is obsessively organized, thrives under pressure, and can run
with a project solo when needed.
Core Responsibilities
Assist with internal investigations, including reviewing communications, contracts, and financials to build clear, defensible timelines
Draft and organize discovery responses (interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs) and perform relevance and privilege reviews
Manage document productions, privilege logs, and QC processes using Logikcull
Support legal hold processes and ESI preservation in collaboration with clients and vendors
Build detailed Google Sheets to track evidence, deadlines, and communications—if you hate spreadsheets, this role is not for you
Analyze large sets of data (emails, contracts, transactions) to find patterns, anomalies, or red flags
Prepare investigative reports, witness files, and chronology memos
Work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management or a related field, or currently enrolled in law school (preferably in the first, second, or third year)
3+ years of paralegal experience, with at least 2 years focused on discovery or investigations
Proven ability to work independently, own tasks from start to finish, and meet aggressive deadlines
Advanced skills in Google Sheets and comfort working in spreadsheet-heavy environments
Experience with Logikcull or similar eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, etc.)
Detail-obsessed and deadline-driven—nothing gets past you
Strong writing and communication skills
Proficient in legal research and able to use platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal data
Exceptional document formatting skills, including structuring legal documents, formatting tables, and preparing polished, professional reports
Must be willing to work on US hours
System requirements:
Computer Processor: At least i3 6th generation for both primary and back up computers
Computer Memory/RAM: At least 8.00 GB for both primary and back up computers
Computer OS: Windows 10
With licensed MS Office and extra monitor
Internet speed must be running on a 20+ Mbps wired plan (at least 10 Mbps for back up connection)
