Your new company
An SGX-listed real estate firm is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join their Singapore office.
Your new role
In a newly created role, you will be supporting the head of legal in handling commercial and corporate secretary matters. You will be reviewing and managing contracts and agreements. Playing a role in legal research on corporate governance, regulations and supporting the boar and committee matters. You will ensure that these matters are in compliance with the laws and regulations relating to SGX rules, PDPA regulations and so on.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will require a degree or diploma in legal, with at least 4 to 6 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate. Ideally, you are someone who is familiar with listed company experience and corporate secretary matters.
