This fully remote role is ideal for someone with a background in a family office environment, though they welcome candidates with relevant experience handling legal entities, governance, and filings in other settings.
Qualifications:
2+ years of paralegal experience with a focus on entity governance and corporate documentation
Experience working in a family office or investment management environment strongly preferred
Strong understanding of legal entity structures (LLCs, LPs, etc.) and related documentation
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and external service providers
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with legal entity management systems a plus
