We are currently partnered with a leading wealth manager that is stamping their footprint in the marketplace. Theyre seeking a highly motivated Corporate Paralegal to join their legal team in Miami. This individual will have a strong background in corporate transactions and legal operations. This is an important role for the high functioning legal team with the chance to support on high level signings and closings.

Provide support on M&A/corporate activity
Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents
Assist with various legal projects and ad hoc duties
Track and manage legal accruals in coordination with outside counsel and internal finance teams
Support legal operations initiatives, including playbook updates, template maintenance, and process improvements

Bachelors degree required
Paralegal certificate a plus
3+ years of experience within a law firm setting or in-house environment
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
