Responsibilities:
Prepare and file incorporation documents for provincial and federal entities
Draft articles of incorporation, organizational resolutions, share structures, and related documents
Coordinate name searches and ensure name availability
Liaise with clients and government agencies to gather required information and complete filings
Ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate registry requirements and deadlines
Track and manage incorporation requests and maintain organized records
Qualifications:
2-10 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal with a focus on in corporations
Strong knowledge of provincial and federal incorporation procedures and requirements
High
attention to detail
and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
Excellent organizational and
communication skills
