Corporate Paralegal

The ideal candidate will be smart, energetic, and skilled, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, professional communication skills, video conferencing (Zoom, Web Ex, MS Teams), and typing at 55 wpm. Experience in Entity Formation is required.
