They are seeking to hire two Paralegals; one at the junior level and one at the senior level. The junior role is suited to candidates with 4 to 6 years’ experience, while the senior position targets those with 7 to 10 years.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4 to10 years of professional experience, ideally within financial services, banking, or insurance
- Experience maintaining corporate records and minute books
- Familiarity with regulatory filings and compliance support
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop
