Position: CORPORATE PARALEGAL
Herrman & Herrman, P.L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to be a part of our growing firm.
The individual must be able to work independently, be detail-oriented, organized, and a team player. This person must also be a self-starter, efficient, and possess the ability to manage a high docket count under the supervision of an attorney.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Drafting discovery requests and responses
Drafting motions
Preparing for trial
Scheduling court dates and client meetings
Meeting with clients
Using a web-based case management system
This is a full-time position.
Hours:
8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. We offer a competitive starting wage and benefits that include health, dental & vision insurance and a PTO policy after a 90-day probationary period.
Must be experienced in Word, Excel, & Adobe.
3 years of legal experience is REQUIRED.
