Job Summary:
DNA Partners is assisting a premiere law firm in the search for a Senior Paralegal to support sophisticated corporate, finance, venture capital, and commercial real estate matters. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on complex transactions, corporate governance matters, entity management, and transactional closings.
What You'll Do:
- Support corporate, finance, and real estate transactions from due diligence through closing
- Prepare and maintain corporate governance documents and entity records
- Manage entity formations, qualifications, annual reports, and compliance filings
- Assist with venture capital financings, capitalization tables, and equity plans
- Prepare UCC filings, lien searches, and related reports
- Support commercial real estate transactions, including title and closing matters
- Coordinate closing binders, transaction documents, and post-closing activities
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of corporate, finance, or real estate paralegal experience
- Strong corporate governance and entity management background
- Experience supporting complex transactional matters and closings
- EDGAR experience required; Carta experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
