Job Description:
LHH seeks a part-time Corporate Paralegal with extensive experience working with contracts, negotiations, contract management systems, and NDAs. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of recent corporate paralegal experience, preferably within a major US retail organization. The position starts at 15 hours per week, with the potential to develop into a more robust role.
Responsibilities:
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
Manage and maintain contract management systems   must be tech-savvy.
Handle non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and other legal documents.
Provide support for contract negotiations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues and provide guidance.
Requirements:
5+ years of corporate paralegal experience.
Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
Experience with contract management systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Availability during regular business hours in the Central Time Zone.
Ability to start immediately with no upcoming time off over the next 90 days.
