Our clientis seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support their legal department across various brands and projects. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this role will also provide key support to the Head of Music & Entertainment, Legal, and Sr. Corporate Counsel. The ideal candidate has a strong background in corporate law, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about the intersection of law, entertainment, and digital media.
Key Responsibilities
Draft corporate contracts, talent agreements, and sponsorship agreements.
Track and manage contractual deadlines and legal department calendars.
Monitor legal framework changes and provide timely updates.
Maintain the legal department’s filing/document management system.
Organize and manage legal calendars and track legal deadlines.
Archive documents related to ongoing and completed litigations.
Prepare reports and provide administrative support for attorneys.
Perform other duties as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Experience: Minimum 6+ years as a corporate paralegal in big law or an in-house legal department.
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
✅ Paralegal Certificate:Required.
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Slack.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Experience in entertainment, talent agencies, or social media companies is preferred.
✅ Soft Skills: Exceptional organization, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Other Preferences: Experience in startups, entertainment law, or digital/social media platforms is a plus.
