Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support contract management, corporate matters, and litigation support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documents.
● Assist with construction-related matters, including mechanic's liens.
● Conduct legal research and maintain corporate records.
● Support litigation and e-discovery projects.
● Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel.
Qualifications
● Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's degree.
● 5+ years of corporate or construction law experience.
● Strong contract management and legal document skills.
