Compensation:
$50,000 – $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, screen potential clients, and take detailed messages as needed.
Calendar Coordination: Manage a busy attorney’s calendar, scheduling meetings, court dates, and client appointments while ensuring minimal conflicts.
Client Intake & Screening: Handle the initial client intake process, collect necessary information, and assess potential client fit based on firm criteria.
Client Onboarding: Assist new clients with completing necessary paperwork, setting up initial consultations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the firm.
Administrative Support: Maintain client records, draft correspondence, and provide general office support to attorneys and staff.
Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and ensure compliance with firm policies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an administrative assistant, legal assistant, or office coordinator (preferably in a law firm).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and experience with legal practice management software is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
