Job Details
The Corporate Paralegal/Real Estate Paralegal will report directly to the General Counsel and will be primarily involved with the following tasks
Entity formation and management across the Firm’s portfolio;
Fund formation and ensuring the Firm’s compliance of all investor obligations;
Handling KYC requests with various counterparties;
Negotiating and tracking NDAs;
Ensuring timely satisfaction of all compliance requirements; etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate
2-5+ years of corporate and/or fund formation paralegal experience at a law firm or in-house
Experience with SEC-registered firms and other compliance-related items is a plus
Experience with CT Corporation (or equivalent) is a plus
Experience with Comply is a plus
History of managing a variety of projects with time constraints
