The firm is seeking a motivated, self starter, attorney to handle cases in the area of unlawful detainers, civil litigation, real property, probate and personal injury. Experience in drafting motions and dealing with discovery are required. Experience in handling Appeals is also a plus.
Must have 3 years experience.
Pay depends on experience.
Attorney can work at home two days a week.
