Blanchard, Krasner & French, www.bkflaw.com, is seeking applicants for a Corporate Paralegal at its La Jolla office. Applicants MUST have a paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited school and a bachelor’s degree.
We are seeking a smart, energetic, and skilled paralegal to join our team of accomplished professionals. This position will work with experienced attorneys in the Transactional Practice Group. The successful candidate will have excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, professional written and verbal communication skills (clients, attorneys, and other co-workers), proficiency in video conferencing (Zoom; WebEx; MS Teams), and type 55 wpm. Entity Formation experience required.
