Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
3-7+ years of law firm experience as a paralegal within the Corporate Law space
Strong Document Drafting and Research Skills
Excellent Technical Skills
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Able to manage tight deadlines and work calmly and collaboratively in a team environment
