WFHFlexibility Job Details Responsibilities Manage SEC and state regulatory filings for over 1,000 active hedge funds,commodity pools, and private equityfunds.
Communicate daily with clientsregarding sales management and regulatory filingneeds.
Collaborate daily with attorneys togather information for regulatoryfilings.
Maintain and assist clients with theproprietary Blue Sky website.
Analyze fundoffering documents to prepare SEC and state regulatoryfilings.
Prepare and file SEC documents andBlue Skynotices.
Required4-7years of experience at a large law firm or hedgefund.
Familiarity with hedge funds, offeringdocuments, and SEC filings.
Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
