Position Details:
Location: Boston, MA (In-office 5 days/week)
Compensation: $70,000 – $115,000 salary (flex based on experience)
Type: Full-time
What You Will Do:
- Maintain company records and entity information
- Coordinate with internal teams and outside advisers
- Facilitate the meeting of attorney’s deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
- Assist with legal documents and deal closings
- Assist with KYC processes
What We Are Looking For:
- 5–10 years of paralegal experience within a law firm, private equity firm, or asset manager; more experienced candidates also encouraged to apply
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal certificate
- Familiarity with the energy and/or infrastructure industry
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and legal management software.
- Exceptional communication skills and strict discretion with confidential information.
