Position Responsibilities Review a variety of intellectual property matters, including marketing materials, copyright / trademark infringement and patent research.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support our legal team.
Assist in litigation and regulatory matters, including fact investigation and
document management
.
Handle responses to subpoenas and other document requests.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree. Paralegal certificate preferred.
2+ years as a paralegal with intellectual property experience a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
