We are currently supporting a growing investment management platform in the recruitment of a Senior Corporate Officer to strengthen its Legal & Corporate Governance team.
This opportunity is ideal for a Corporate Officer looking to gain greater ownership of a diversified portfolio of investment structures while joining a collaborative environment where autonomy, quality of work and professional development are genuinely valued.
Corporate Officer: Your Responsibilities:
- Managing the legal and corporate governance of investment vehicles from incorporation through to liquidation.
- Coordinating board and shareholder meetings, preparing corporate documentation and ensuring proper follow-up of governance decisions.
- Handling regulatory and statutory formalities, including interactions with the Luxembourg registers and external service providers.
- Working closely with banks, auditors, notaries and internal stakeholders on a variety of corporate transactions.
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of legal records while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the team.
Corporate Officer: Your Profile:
- Around 2 to 4 years of experience as a Corporate Officer within a Luxembourg PFS, AIFM or Management Company.
- Comfortably managing your own portfolio with a good level of autonomy.
- Practical knowledge of Luxembourg corporate governance and investment fund structures.
- Fluent English is essential; French represents a strong advantage.
- Organized, proactive and team-oriented personality with a hands-on approach.
