We are working with a leading international law firm seeking a Corporate Associate to join its growing Middle East practice.
The team advises sovereign wealth funds, multinational corporations, private equity sponsors, and family offices on high-value cross-border transactions across the GCC.
The successful candidate will have:
- 2–6+ years PQE.
- UK, US, Local qualified, or other recognised legal qualification.
- Experience in Corporate M&A, Private Equity, or Joint Ventures.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience gained at a top-tier UK, US, or international law firm.
