WinMatch is partnering with a leading international law firm in Luxembourg to strengthen its Corporate / M&A practice and recruit an Associate-level lawyer – salary range between 110k€-130k€ p.a. with solid transactional experience.
This opportunity is particularly suited to a lawyer seeking high-level exposure to complex corporate and M&A matters within an international platform, while maintaining a pragmatic, hands-on approach to transactions and close interaction with partners.
The Corporate team is well-established and operates at the heart of the Luxembourg market, advising international clients on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions, often involving multiple jurisdictions and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise clients on a broad range of Corporate and M&A matters, including private M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate reorganisations, and shareholder arrangements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation (SPAs, SHAs, investment agreements, corporate governance documents).
- Assist with and manage legal due diligence processes and transaction structuring.
- Coordinate closings and interact with notaries, counterpart lawyers, and foreign counsel.
- Manage files with a high degree of autonomy, under partner supervision, while ensuring technical excellence and commercial awareness.
- Contribute proactively to transactions in a fast-paced, international environment.
Your Profile :
- Qualified lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate / M&A within a recognized Luxembourg or international law firm.
- Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I or II), or in the process of admission.
- Strong exposure to M&A transactions and corporate advisory work.
- Excellent command of English; French is required (additional languages are a plus).
- Technically solid, commercially minded, and comfortable working on complex, high-value transactions.
- Reliable, committed, and able to thrive in a demanding but intellectually stimulating environment.
