About the Position:
We are working with an established Chicago law firm with a truly high-end and sophisticated corporate practice that has an immediate need for a corporate/M&A attorney to join as a mid-level associate. This firm has a strong focus on middle-market clients and has represented both buyers and sellers in sophisticated M&A deals.

Responsibilities:
· Handle corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and other general business matters
· Represent clients in a range of industries, including family offices, technology, healthcare, and manufacturing
Required Qualifications:
. 3 or more years of corporate/M&A experience at a law firm
· Desire for a client-facing and dynamic middle-market practice
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $185,000 – $215,000.
