ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY WANTED (San Francisco)
Compensation: Competitive Compensation Based Upon Experience

Current California State Bar license is required
Associate Attorney position offered by a small firm specializing in the representation of non-profit housing providers in their management of supportive and subsidized housing in San Francisco and surrounding counties. Ideal candidate has litigation experience with some knowledge of real property and housing law, including unlawful detainer litigation. Must have the desire to appear in court, a willingness to travel throughout the Bay Area as needed, and ultimately the ability to handle cases from intake to conclusion. Excellent communication, research, writing, and analytical skills are required along with the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize assignments.
Responsibilities will include all aspects of litigation, including:
case management
drafting and analyzing pleadings
drafting and responding to discovery requests and motions
court appearances – hearings, settlement conferences, and trials
