Title: Corporate Licensing Specialist (Bali)

Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end company setup and licensing (NIB, PKKPR, business & sectoral licenses)
- Monitor application status and escalate delays
- Coordinate with the government and local authorities
- Maintain vendor and legal partner relations
- Assist the Team Leader with strategic and regulatory support.
- Prepare reports and compliance documentation
- Stay updated on laws and licensing regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate legal at a consulting firm or in a professional environment.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, including the OSS system, investment/licensing procedures, and corporate governance.
- Hands-on experience in managing industrial factory permits, environmental licenses, or other sector-specific business permits.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
- High attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
