Job Description
- Manage all legal, compliance, and operational aspects of the Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) business.
- Draft and review, loan documents, debenture documents, security documents, and other transaction-related agreements, public issue documents.
- Manage end-to-end fund documentation, investor onboarding, scheme launches, and regulatory filings.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Develop, implement, and periodically review policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks for fund.
- Coordinate with trustees, custodians, auditors, consultants, law firms, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage employment-related legal matters, including contracts, policies.
- Monitor regulatory developments and implement necessary compliance measures.
- Support corporate governance, regulatory audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.

Requirements
- LLB from a recognized university;
- Strong understanding of SEBI AIF Regulations, Companies Act, RBI regulations, and related regulatory frameworks
- Hands-on experience in fund operations, investor onboarding, regulatory filings, and compliance management.
- Strong communication, drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
