Job Responsibilities :
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, loan agreements, service contracts, NDA’s, share subscription / share purchase agreement, shareholders agreement and other standard agreements executed by Lodha in its regular course of business.
Resolve queries raised by business stakeholders and liaison with different verticals across the organisation.
Smart enough to handle stakeholders
The candidate must possess an ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
The candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize and get things done.
Candidates can preferably be from Real estate sector, Infrastructure sector, Law firm, etc.
Experience from premium institutes or has prior experience of working with a law firm
