Robert Half is partnered with a globally respected technology company that is seeking Sr. Legal Counsel. The ideal candidate would have 5+ years handling software related services and/or manage services contracts which is required. This role would be a leadership opportunity as this candidate would be the sole counsel overseeing contracts, litigation management, regulatory compliance, and risk management!
Qualifications:
Deal making experience for companies selling software (on premise, SaaS, Managed Services)
Highly preferred candidate come from the Software Industry
Minimum of 5 years of experience handling software related services and/or manage services contracts required.
Prior experience practicing law, with significant experience in corporate law, contracts, and commercial transactions is required.
International experience is desired but not required (Canada, Mexico, and/or EMEA).
