For one of our clients, a company based in the Lausanne region, we are seeking a:
CORPORATE LEGAL COUNSEL
Job Description
Maintain and update legal documentation for all entities within the organization (contracts, regulations, share certificates, shareholder registers, banking compliance, insurance, etc.).
Handle and follow up on various legal files: drafting contracts, providing legal support, and representing the organization before administrative and judicial authorities, primarily in corporate law, contract law, labor law, insurance law, and real estate law.
Take minutes and notes during board meetings and strategic and operational management meetings.
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis (drafting notes and legal opinions, searching for legal documentation).
Draft various legal documents such as reports, contracts, and correspondence.
Monitor regulatory and contractual developments.
Profile Sought
Swiss bar exam or a complete academic legal background (Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees) with at least 5 years of professional experience.
Experience in corporate law, contract law, and insurance law.
Proficiency in office tools (email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluency in French, good knowledge of English and German
Excellent drafting skills and ease with accounting concepts.
Ability to handle files autonomously and proactively, with excellent organizational skills.
Discretion, diplomacy, team spirit, and resilience under stress.
Stable, positive, conscientious, and solution-oriented personality.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
