Hiring: Corporate Legal Associate – Contract Drafting & Agreement Vetting
We are looking for a Corporate Legal Associate for our office at Bengali Market, New Delhi-110001.
Experience: Minimum 3 years PQE
Mode: Full-time, Work from Office
Salary: Starting from ₹30,000 per month, depending upon experience and drafting skills
The role involves drafting, reviewing and vetting commercial contracts and legal documents for business clients, MSMEs, companies, firms and entrepreneurs.
Work will include MOUs, Deeds, MSAs, NDAs, Shareholders Agreements, JV Agreements, Service Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Customer Agreements, Dealer/Distributor Agreements, Employment Agreements, Loan Agreements and other commercial/business contracts.
The candidate should be able to understand business transactions, identify legal and commercial risks, suggest protective clauses, and prepare clear, practical and client-protective agreements.
Preference will be given to candidates with practical experience in contract drafting, agreement vetting and commercial legal documentation from a law firm.
Candidates having only court appearance, filing or pure litigation experience without agreement drafting experience may not be suitable.
