We are currently partnering with a well-established international law firm looking to recruit a Corporate Legal Assistant to join its practice.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Legal Assistant looking to work alongside experienced lawyers in a collaborative, international and fast-paced environment.

Corporate Legal Assistant – Key Responsibilities:

You will provide comprehensive support to the legal team while ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day operations.

  • Coordinate the administrative management of legal files, ensuring accurate follow-up and document organization.
  • Prepare, proofread and format legal documents, correspondence, reports and presentations.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and key deadlines for lawyers and partners.
  • Support AML/KYC and client onboarding processes, including document collection, preliminary compliance checks and file maintenance.
  • Handle corporate formalities and liaise with Luxembourg public authorities when required.

Corporate Legal Assistant – Your Profile:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant within a law firm or another professional services environment.
  • Good understanding of legal documentation, corporate administration and AML/KYC procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluent in French, with a good command of English.
