Title: Corporate Legal Analyst

Monitor and analyze laws and regulations related to corporate, multifinance, and capital markets (including impact analysis of each regulations)
Communicate regulatory updates to related parties and ensure proper follow-up
Oversee compliance with capital market and corporate obligations involving authorities, investors, trustees, and associations
Maintain and manage legal and corporate documentation and reporting
Ensure timely and accurate public disclosures in line with legal requirements
Develop and update GCG-related policies and charters (e.g., BOD, BOC, Committee) and Support the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), including AGMS preparation, reporting, and board appointments
Handle legal documentation such as company deeds, shareholder lists, and board approvals
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Strong analytical, planning, and attention-to-detail skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Able to work independently or in a team, under tight deadlines
Proficient in written and spoken English
