Position: Corporate Lawyer for Wealth Business

You will leverage your six years of relevant experience in financial services law to provide legal support on complex projects related to securities and insurance. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to advance strategic objectives while managing legal risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on corporate and regulatory matters in investments
• Guard against legal risks in complex projects
• Draft and negotiate agreements relevant to securities
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments proactively
• Utilize AI tools to enhance legal efficiency
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or law degree (LL.B.)
• Minimum six years’ experience in financial services law
• Expertise in corporate and securities distribution law
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Effective in a hybrid work environment
