Nicholas Scott are working with a major international law firm, who have a leading Corporate and M&A practice with a client base that includes many of the world’s leading companies including more than half of the Global Fortune 500 and many of Australia and Asia Pacific’s most innovative and successful companies.
The team advises clients on public and private M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, funds management, private equity, competition / antitrust law, real estate, foreign investment and on capital markets.
They are looking for a 2-4 year qualified Associate with experience of working in Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions and PE transactions for the Sydney office.
Ideally an Australian qualified lawyer from a top tier firm, but they are also interested in speaking to Commonwealth qualified lawyers who are currently at a major UK or US law firm.
