Corporate Lawyer responsibilities in this role will include:
assist clients with acquisition, maintenance, and management of their interests
advise corporate clients on strategic planning and solutions around roadblocks
The successful candidate will have:

Strong legal, analytical and problem solving skills
Experience prioritizing multiple projects at any given time
