Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate & Commercial Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing Corporate Team.
The successful candidate will assist clients on corporate transactions, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and general business advisory matters. This role offers direct exposure to local and international clients and opportunities to work closely with partners on complex transactions.
This is a full-time, on-site Corporate & Commercial Lawyer role based in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.)
· Pertain Lawyer License.
· 2–3 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus
· Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, Commercial Transactions, Contract Drafting, Foreign Business Act, and Corporate Governance
· Excellent legal drafting skills in both Thai and English.
· Strong legal research and analytical skills.
· Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
Advantage
· Experience working with multinational clients for a few years
· Experience in M&A, investment transactions, or corporate restructuring.
· LL.M. degree is an advantage.
· Excellent spoken and written English.
